KIRTLINGTON MORRIS LAMB ALE FESTIVAL

CRAFT FAIR

Sat 17th & Sun 18th May 2008

Please find for download a 2008 booking form  (PDF format) for this year's Kirtlington Lamb Ale Craft Fair. If you have not come across this event before, the Lamb Ale is a well-established village festival which takes place in the village of Kirtlington a few miles north of Oxford. More details are provided on the booking form.

 Sunday Craft Fair

As in previous years, entrance to the craft fair will be free for members of the public and we are hoping to attract our usual mixture of craft stalls and local artists. Anyone wishing to display material (eg paintings) should note that while we can provide tables (as mentioned on the booking form) we are unable to provide boards for hanging items. In addition everyone should note that we do not provide insurance against loss or damage etc. Therefore you are strongly advised not to leave your stalls unattended during the event.

2007 Craft Show Stalls:-

Bunty Jago & Terry Spencer Home made marmalade, jams, chutneys, picalilli, lemon curd. Home baked treacle tarts, scones, fudge, chocolate fudge cake etc
Maggie Bence Greetings cards
Senka Causevic Silver jewellery, handmade earings. Childrens' t-shirts. Women's tops, Men's shirts and a range of other products
Songphon Kueawitha Thai crafts
Sue Denning Glove puppets and other soft toys

 Saturday Barn Dance

We are offering space for up to four stalls on the Saturday night during the Lamb Ale Barn Dance. This is a popular feature of the weekend and usually sells out. The stalls will be in the room adjacent to the main hall which forms the entrance to the Barn Dance. When the dance finishes they can be moved into the main hall ready for the Sunday.
If you are so inclined you could camp over on the Saturday night and really enjoy yourselves.

 Outside stalls

Recently, some stall holders have requested an outdoor pitch. This is fine as long as we know in advance.
The same prices apply (£5 for Saturday night and £10.00 for Sunday).

To reserve a place, please read and/or download the terms and conditions (shown below) , and download and complete the booking form and return it as soon as possible and no later than 1st May.  Documents are in PDF format. Click on this logo to download PDF reader if you don't already have one.
If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please let us know and we remove your details.
I wish you all the very best and look forward to hearing from you soon.

 Yours sincerely
